To whom it may concern.

We contacted Mike Ellis (Elmwalk Developments) to complete a modernisation and development of our home in Wimborne, Dorset.

Following an initial review meeting with the main sub-contractors the work began in September 2011.

We had some extra-ordinary work done. This included a ground source heat pump installation, under floor heating, rain water harvesting and by a different contractor, solar panels fitted.

Following weekly progress reports to check on the finances, the work progressed well.

In all the time the sub-contractors were in the house, Mike's supervision was excellent and a good working relationship between everyone (including my wife and I) was maintained.

All workmen were clean and tidy and each night left the house clean and ready to work the next day.

Although we lived off the premises for 3 months whilst the major work was done, we had no cause for concern in regard to Elmwalk Developments trust with our property.

I would recommend Elmwalk Developments for any work you require and I will call Mike again if and when I need further enhacements to our property.

Mike and his team at Elmwalk Developments have recently demolished a garage and shed, and built a new double garage for me, and also carried out some garden layout work. I am really pleased with the results.

Mike was very professional, polite and pleasant,and although his price was a little higher than other quotes, I feel I really got value for money. I was not asked for money up front. His men all knew their jobs inside out, were good workers and did not cut corners They were friendly and pleasant.

Every evening the site was left clean and tidy, and I was kept informed all the way along, and the whole scheme was finished in good time. I cannot praise this firm enough and would recommend them to anybody.
